Chic’s Beach pools get the same salt air and blown sand as the Oceanfront, but from the bay instead of the ocean, and with a steadier wind off the water. Sand works into skimmers and filters, salt corrodes ladders and light rings, and full sun on the beachfront lots burns through chlorine fast through the summer. The housing mix is different from the Oceanfront, too. Older cottages sit next to new construction, so the pools range from decades-old plaster to brand new saltwater systems, and each one needs a different approach to chemistry and equipment. A lot of these homes are weekend places or rentals, which means the pool needs to be ready when the owner is not there to watch it.
Weekly Pool Service for Chic’s Beach
Every visit includes skimming, brushing, vacuuming, basket cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing. Readings are logged each week so you can see how the pool is trending. On older pools we pay extra attention to the plaster, the skimmer, and the pump, since those are the parts most likely to show their age. We flag anything that needs attention before it turns into a repair. Month-to-month and annual plans are available.
