What areas do you serve?
We provide pool care services primarily in Virginia Beach at this time. If you’re unsure whether we service your specific address, give us a call or shoot an email and we’ll check.

What are your main service offerings?
We offer several pool services:

  • Recurring weekly cleans

  • Green-to-clean treatments (for algae issues)

  • One-time cleans (for special occasions or if you need a break)

  • Pool opening and closing (including winterization)

How quickly can I get a quote?
Free quotes are provided within 24 hours, via text, email, or a phone call.

How are your rates structured?

  • We provide month-to-month and annualized contracts. Labor with any chemical usage for the month billed on the following invoice .

  • For one-time services, openings/closings, and green-to-clean, pricing will depend on the pool’s condition, size, and what needs doing.

How do I pay?
We offer a customer portal for payment management. Recurring customers can set up automatic payments so it’s hands-off after setup.

What happens if my pool gets algae?
We have a specialized “Green to Clean” treatment. Whether your pool is lightly or heavily algae-infested, we can get it back to clear, balanced, and ready-to-swim condition.

Do you handle equipment issues / repairs, or just cleaning?
Our listed services are focused on cleaning, chemical balancing, and pool opening/closing. If there’s damage, equipment malfunction, or something outside the scope of regular maintenance, we can refer you to trusted repair professionals—or potentially handle parts of that depending on the issue.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Service can be canceled 30 days in advance. For rescheduling, we will try and accommodate requests, but cannot make guarantees.

Can I see when you serviced my pool, or communicate with my assigned technician?
Yes — we use a technology-integrated system (via “skimmer”) that allows clients to see service updates, communicate directly with their pool technician, and track when visits were made.

Are you insured and certified?
Yes. We are insured at $1 million per occurrence / $3 million aggregate. Our staff includes Certified Pool Operators (CPOs).
